As an RA, I am often praised for my ability to work with residents on issues that require sensitivity. I am fortunate to balance my soused people skills with strong organizational skills.I realize that during the interview I may not have emphasized my administrative abilities as amply as I would have liked. Thanks to my summer job with LK&N, I have extensive experience meeting deadlines, maintaining records, and generating reports. In fact, the database I am most familiar with is ACCESS, the program used by ICY Student Advisors.
